Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Hepatitis and Liver Team at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with liver disease and hepatitis.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and support patients through their treatment pathways, working closely with the Hepatitis and Liver Teams.
- Develop and implement training programs to become competent in the management of patients with viral hepatitis and other liver-related diseases.
- Support the Hepatitis and Liver Teams in the development of protocols and clinical audit.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to learners, demonstrating specialist expertise underpinned by theory acquired through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
