Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Derbyshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in a range of schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom to deliver high-quality education
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
- Working with children of varying ages and abilities
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, adults, and other practitioners
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in education, preferably in a teaching assistant role
- Understanding of child-centred approaches to learning
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3, BTEC Level 2 or 3, or equivalent in Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
