Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of baristas and shift managers to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and enhance store profitability
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and visual merchandising
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
