Fitness Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Attendant to join our team at Bannatyne Group. As a Fitness Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have an exceptional experience at our gym.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, including equipment and changing rooms.
- Conduct regular checks of the gym floor, addressing any issues or hazards promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the Fitness Manager.
- Promote Bannatyne's fitness program classes and services to members.
- A passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility with members and colleagues.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
