About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fitness Attendant to join our team at Bannatyne Group. As a Fitness Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wellness center, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Members: Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all members and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our wellness center.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure all gym equipment is clean and well-maintained, and in proper working order, conducting regular checks of the gym floor and addressing any issues or hazards promptly.
  • Promote Fitness Programs: Promote Bannatyne's fitness program classes and services to members, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Support Fitness Manager: Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the Fitness Manager, ensuring seamless operation of the wellness center.
Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a customer-focused attitude and ability to establish rapport with members.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our members.
  • Passion for Health and Wellness: A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service, with a desire to promote a healthier lifestyle.
