Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust.
J ob Responsibilities
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care across various medical and surgical wards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to meet individual needs
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies in line with hospital policies and procedures
- Monitoring patients' conditions, performing clinical observations, and responding to any changes appropriately
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and compassionate care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC Registration within the last 6 months
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a clinical setting
- A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Right to work within the UK
