We are seeking an exceptional Learning Disabilities Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Aberdeen. As a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our inclusive learning programs and helping students with special needs reach their full potential.

Key Job Duties:
  • Work closely with SEN students in classroom settings, providing one-on-one support and guidance when needed.
  • Develop and implement tailored education plans to meet the unique needs of each student, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social interaction and skill development among students.
Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of an associate's degree in Special Education or a related field is required for this role.
  • Previous experience working with students with special needs is highly desirable, demonstrating a proven track record of successful support and advocacy.
  • A strong commitment to inclusivity and diversity is essential for success in this position.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • This role offers a salary range of £26,500 - £30,500 per annum, based on experience.
