Job Description
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to accessibility and inclusion. As a Director of Accessibility Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring that students with disabilities receive equal access to academic resources and opportunities. Your expertise in disability support and accommodation will be instrumental in creating an inclusive environment that promotes student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to support students with disabilities
  • Provide accommodations and facilitate accessibility services
  • Promote awareness and inclusion on campus
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create an inclusive environment

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, counseling, special education)
  • At least 3 years of experience working with students with disabilities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
