About the Implementation Analyst Role

We are looking for a VAS Implementation Analyst to join our growing team and be responsible for the operational integration and launch of our new value-added services (VAS). These services include agency banking, KYC/KYB, collections, PEPs and sanctions which we will offer to our clients beyond the core card issuer processing offer.

The VAS Implementation Analyst will be involved at the beginning of the implementation journey which is requirement gathering, through to solution elaboration (external partner or in-house build) and will then continue until formal handover to BAU teams post launch of first live clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring VAS solutions meet the needs of our diverse range of clients (usage cases, card networks, regions)
  • Building "best in class" customer experience
  • Investigating opportunities to enhance outcomes/streamline processes through AI / automation
  • Ensuring all documentation produced is of a high quality, is clear, concise, and can be understood by colleagues, clients, and third parties
  • Building and maintaining a strong knowledge of our company proposition, particularly the Services which add value beyond our core card transaction processing offer (including but not limited to KYC/KYB, PEPs & Sanctions, Banking Services)
Requirements
  • Previous experience within an implementation role
  • Experience of implementing and/or working with VAS such as Agency Banking, KYC/KYB, Collections, PEPs and Sanctions alongside card programmes
  • Strong knowledge of both Mastercard and Visa scheme rules and processes, background in other schemes (Amex, Discover) would be desirable
