Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Hygiene Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our facilities and processes meet the strictest regulations, and that our products are safe for consumption. If you're a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for hygiene and food safety, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve our hygiene standards across all areas of the farm.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, working closely with our engineering and production teams.
  • Lead and manage our hygiene team, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties.
  • Investigate and address any issues related to environmental micro results.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hygiene and food safety.
  • Ensure compliance with BRC and other relevant audit standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-care food manufacturing environment.
  • HACCP Level 3 certification.
  • COSHH Level 3 certification.
  • Ideal candidate will have Food Safety Level 3 qualification and NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate.
  • Knowledge of Listeria, Micro, and chemical control awareness.
  • Understanding of BRCGS or large retailer audits.
