We're seeking a skilled Hygiene Manager to lead our hygiene team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
  • Lead and manage the hygiene team, providing training and guidance to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hygiene practices into daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with BRC and other relevant audit standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a high-care food manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of HACCP, COSHH, and food safety principles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
