Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to Graduate SDRs, focusing on building their skills and knowledge to succeed in sales.
  • Assess the needs of incoming SDRs with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver training programs in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, using a variety of techniques to keep the audience engaged and motivated.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed, ensuring that the training is aligned with the company's sales goals and objectives.
  • Work with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities, ensuring that the training is tailored to the needs of the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and trends, ensuring that the training programs are relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is essential.
  • Significant experience in sales training, with a proven track record of success in developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
