Senior Product Manager

Advanced Energy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our cutting-edge products. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, customer/market requirements analysis, and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Manage product life cycles from concept to launch, including feasibility studies, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain product plans, including critical features, price targets, profit, return on investment (ROI), competitive strength, and value delivery.
- Guide development and manage tradeoffs of specifications & schedules for new products and/or services.
- Interface with Global Sales, Research and Development, Engineering, Worldwide Customer Support, Operations, Corporate Marketing, Quality, and other partners to ensure new offerings meet technical specifications, cost targets, delivery commitments, and achieve customer adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or related marketing position.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment manufacturing highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and business savvy skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional team members.
