About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our EAP Clinical Team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of support services to clients, including Initial Clinical Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Structured Counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out Initial Clinical Assessments and Risk Assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate clinical pathways.
  • Delivering a range of support services, including Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support, and Booked Single Sessions via telephone and/or video calls.
  • Managing a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling, with a focus on providing high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Writing accurate and concise clinical notes, and maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 300+ clinical hours and a strong clinical background, with excellent Assessment skills.
  • Qualification as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above in Counselling) with BACP (or similar) registered status.
  • IT literacy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Able to work a minimum of 3x full days per week, with flexibility to cover weekend and overnight shifts.
