We are seeking an experienced Mental Health and Education Specialist to join our team at a highly regarded secondary school in Barnet. This full-time role (term-time only) offers a competitive daily rate of £105 - £110, and will commence as soon as possible.

As a Mental Health and Education Specialist, you will provide vital support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs. You will work collaboratively with a skilled and dedicated inclusion staff to tailor educational plans and deliver tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.

This role requires a Psychology graduate with a passion for education and mental health support. Salaried teacher training can be provided to enable the right candidate to progress in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs
  • Collaborating with inclusion staff to design and implement individualized education plans
  • Delivering tailored interventions to address specific student needs
  • Developing strong relationships with students, families, and staff
