Home Healthcare Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to fill the role of Home Healthcare Specialist in Watford.

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their own homes or community settings, fostering independence and helping them achieve their healthcare objectives.

The salary for this position is estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Skill Development: Deliver various clinical interventions, including wound care, medication administration, catheter management, and end-of-life care.
  • Patient Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to create customized care plans.
  • Community Practice: Work autonomously in patients' homes and community settings, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Essential Criteria:

  • Active registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (Adult).
  • Experience working in a community, primary care, or acute service environment.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes, if applicable.
