As a High Net Worth Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a portfolio of high net worth clients, serving as their strategic partner in the bank and acting as a gateway to other products and services.
- Develop and present business cases and initiate credit proposals to meet clients' needs and meet ALREF standards.
- Work proactively with the Director, UK Real Estate, to develop a strategic business plan for your area, including support in the development of less experienced Relationship Managers and Support staff.
Requirements:
- A successful background in Commercial Banking with broad experience across the financial services industry and detailed knowledge of the Real Estate market.
- Significant Commercial Banking experience dealing with Real Estate clients in both investment and development.
- Proven track record in developing new business and growing a portfolio of high-quality real estate clients.
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
