The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our culinary team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment

Requirements
