About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects related to refurbishment, refit and upgrade of facilities in a large commercial building located in Hereford. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team at Carbon60 and contribute to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets and risk management strategies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors and clients
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in project management related to building refurbishment
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan and paid time off.
