  • Assist senior colleagues with building surveying commissions, including dilapidation advice, pre-lease assessments, project management, and acquisition surveys.
  • Engage positively with clients, develop, grow, and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage building surveying commissions, covering everything from contract administration to handover.
Requirements:
  • RICS-accredited building surveying degree.
  • Desire and drive to succeed.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Local to the Oxfordshire area.
