Vision for Education is recruiting for a Primary SEND/ SEMH Teacher to work with young people aged 5-16 who require additional support in a specialist environment. The successful candidate will create engaging lesson plans, develop curriculum content, and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

About the School

The school caters to students between Key Stage 2 and 4 who may have experienced trauma, disruption in their lives, had Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), leading to SEMH needs, or individuals who require a different educational offer from mainstream education to thrive. Our dedicated team provides a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching and supporting students with SEND in a specialist environment
  • Creating engaging lesson plans and developing curriculum content
  • Fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote student progress and achievement

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive daily rate of £150-£180, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
