About the Role

This full-time position involves teaching and supporting students with SEND in a specialist environment. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, developing curriculum content, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

Requirements
  • A degree in Education or a related field
  • QTS/ QTLS / Instructor experience within primary or secondary education phase within a school, PRU, AP or designated provision
  • Experience of supporting and achieving exceptional outcomes with learners from a range of backgrounds
  • An effective, motivated, and driven staff member, with high standards and aspirations for your young people, delivering appropriate challenge

We offer a competitive daily rate of £150-£180, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
