We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Drama Teacher to join our dedicated faculty in a full-time permanent position.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic Drama department, inspiring the next generation of tech-savvy individuals. The role entails fostering a love for developing students, equipping them with essential skills for the modern world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum and our educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
  • Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Drama.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, aligned with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS), depending on experience.
