Job Summary

We seek an experienced lettings expert to join our team at Biggleswade. Working closely with our lettings manager and a team of negotiators, you will assist in daily activities and processes within the residential lettings market.

Our growth emphasizes the need for skilled professionals who can establish strong relationships with clients and secure profitable agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Foster relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  2. Coordinate viewings and facilitate communication between tenants and landlords
  3. Negotiate offers and ensure timely completions
  4. Manage applicant references and assessments
  5. Create and process tenancy agreements
  6. Address and resolve property maintenance issues promptly
  7. Renew tenancies and agree new terms
  8. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain compliance
  9. Promote all Satchells services to clients and tenants
  10. Administer general office tasks and ensure organizational efficiency
  11. Accurately record market appraisals and property listings

Requirements

  1. Demonstrate experience working in a lettings environment
  2. Show aptitude for the estate agency industry
  3. Be commercially aware and focused on delivering exceptional client service
  4. Experience working in a team-oriented setting is essential
  5. Ideal candidates have experience in the residential lettings market

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent role with a fixed-term contract ending on October 31st, 2025. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with one Saturday in three and minimum one bank holiday per annum.
