We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Lead Practitioner to join our Quality and Continuous Improvement Team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry or Liverpool.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development and implementation of best-in-class export control management processes and policies.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on export control regulations, including UK and ITAR requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless export compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance export control awareness and understanding among colleagues.
  • Identifying and mitigating export risks and issues, reducing lead times and delays.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of around £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
