  • Attending the Placement Tracking Panel on behalf of the Fostering Team

Requirements:

  • Professional Social Work qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of chairing household reviews and providing reports
  • Ability to analyze and develop SMART care plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
