Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Addiction Care Specialist Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert care and support to individuals struggling with addiction, focusing on harm reduction strategies, health promotion, and education.



About the Role:

You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Your expertise will be essential in developing and delivering educational programs and workshops to empower patients in achieving their recovery goals.



Responsibilities:
  • Clinical assessment and diagnosis of patients with substance use disorders.
  • Development and implementation of personalized care plans.
  • Harm reduction strategies and health promotion initiatives.
  • Educational programs and workshops for patients and families.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Post-registration experience in substance misuse treatment and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £46,000 per annum, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance and pension scheme.
