Job Opportunity: Substance Misuse Practitioner

We are currently looking for a dedicated Substance Misuse Practitioner to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert guidance and support to those affected by substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personalized recovery plans for clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working in relevant settings, such as healthcare or social services.
  • ONC/NVQ level 3 qualification or willingness to obtain it within 12 months.
  • A valid UK driving license.
