Children's Mental Health Care Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations at our Blackheath facility. As Hospital Director, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional standards of clinical excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to cultivate a culture of excellence, resilience, and compassion. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a valued team, maximising the potential of the individuals within it.
- Ensure the care and treatment delivered by the service is high quality, safe and patient centred at all times
- Direct line management of the senior management team, ensuring senior management cover arrangements, including out of hours on-call
- Responsible for ensuring that all care standards, regulatory standards, and other quality measurement criteria are met
You will work independently with responsibility for budgetary management, statutory compliance of the property including fire management, infection prevention and control and facilities. This role requires strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits.
