About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Temporary Division, providing care and support to a child with cerebral palsy in their own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the child with cerebral palsy in their daily routine, including personal care and activities
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Help the child reach their full potential through engaging activities and therapies
  • Work collaboratively with the child's family and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental approach, with a calm and patient demeanor
  • Dedicated and committed to providing high-quality care
