About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bank Catering Assistant at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage services to patients, staff, and visitors at our hospital. This will involve working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing and serving meals, and maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking meals for patients and staff
  • Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and serving

Person Specification

We are looking for someone with good numeracy and literacy skills, who is able to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a customer-focused environment is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
