About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC activities and oversee method development and validation in our pharmaceutical environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in analytical chemistry and excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage the QC team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure analytical test methods are validated for their intended use.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive robust quality standards.
  • Train and develop the QC team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Head of QC to ensure that deadlines and KPIs are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a senior QC role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, including MHRA and FDA.
