Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lease Administration Lead to join our Shopping Centre Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the turnover delivery across 5 shopping centres, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional financial services environment, bookkeeping experience, and experience with line management and working in a surveying team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  2. Oversee the process for turnover lease abstraction through to billing turnover with support from an administrator.
  3. Track tenant turnover data and rent for the managed portfolio via Excel.
  4. Deal with escalations where tenants have not provided data and work with Surveyors to resolve queries.
  5. Scrutinise turnover data to ensure accuracy and make contact with tenants where any anomalies arise.
