Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organisation and management of our four workshops, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.

  • Manage a large team of workshop professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workshop efficiency, productivity, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with current vehicle legislation and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain a diverse fleet of vehicles and plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in vehicle maintenance and management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including early, late, and night shifts.
  • Valid Category C Driving Licence or equivalent entitlement to drive in Great Britain.
  • Experience in using a computerised fleet management system, such as Fleetwave.
