Gamma Phi Beta Chapter Advisor

Gammaphibeta is seeking a skilled professional to serve as a Chapter Advisor, providing guidance and support to collegiate women as they navigate their roles within the organization. As a Chapter Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping chapter officers and members achieve their goals and develop their leadership skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $55,000 and $75,000, based on your level of experience. This position requires approximately 10-20 hours of work per week during the academic year, with occasional travel to regional meetings and events. You will be responsible for leading educational conversations with collegians, encouraging chapter and officer success, and contributing to open communication throughout the chapter.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will hold the chapter accountable to setting and working toward goals, ensure that all international Gamma Phi Beta policies and procedures are understood and adhered to, and guide the chapter in developing plans in compliance with international guidelines. You will also engage in ongoing training and development, recruit and appoint alumnae to the advisory board, and oversee the training and development of new advisory board members.
