We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Eye, Suffolk. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:- Making calls to established client base to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Seeking new customers and business opportunities through proactive outreach and site visits
- Raising sales invoices and assisting the accounts team with general administration
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience in working within a sales environment, with a full driving licence to attend meetings with customers
