KS1 Teaching Assistant Job Description


We are seeking an exceptional KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Primary Schools in Hillingdon. As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to their academic and personal growth.


In this rewarding role, you will assist class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, provide individualized support to students who need extra help, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will also be responsible for participating in educational activities, collaborating with teachers, and contributing to maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.


Responsibilities:



  • Support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and participate in educational activities
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment
