About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Host to join our team at one of our care homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment for our residents by providing exceptional customer service, engaging with residents and their families, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality events and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging, and helpful service to residents and their families in our dining room and bar areas.
- Take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them on a regular basis and providing support and assistance as needed.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality events and activities that enhance the lives of our residents.
About You
We are looking for someone who is personable, caring, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar setting would be ideal, but not essential. You will need to be over 18 years old due to serving alcohol.
