About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague at our Thornbury Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
• Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience and leave the store feeling valued.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Be a brand ambassador, representing Tesco's values and standards at all times.
