About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague at our Thornbury Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation and display.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the till system.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting products, offering recommendations, and providing a personalized shopping experience.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that products are attractively presented and easily accessible to customers.
• Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
