Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice to maximise sales.
  • Ensure the branch operates safely, adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Be commercially aware, supporting the Branch Manager in managing the branch's finances and resources.
