About the Opportunity

Sja's West seeks an experienced West London Community Care Lead to oversee and guide volunteer Community Networks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of community care in West London.

About You:

  • A highly motivated and organized individual with a nursing background.
  • Proven experience working in a multidisciplinary team and leading projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and lead the County St John Council to guide volunteer efforts.
  2. Create a supportive framework to enhance volunteer performance.
  3. Work closely with Communities of Practice to share learning and best practices.
  4. Mentor and inspire volunteers on their journey across West London.
