Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team as a Starbucks Shift Supervisor. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of baristas and shift leaders to ensure seamless store operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
