Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

Location: Bishop Auckland

Hours: Part-Time - 16 Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25 (Up to £9408 Annual)

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting sales, increasing profitability, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of customer service.

This role requires flexibility, including late-night working and closing of the store. The successful candidate will be 18 years or over.
