About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Asset Solutions Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in devising and delivering solutions for complex and large-scale property assets within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and create strategies for optimizing our property assets in line with our business plan.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize property performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review complex lease and management arrangements and identify commercial approaches and negotiations.
  • Provide expert advice on property law and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in asset portfolio reviews, property performance modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with key partners and agencies.
  • Good working knowledge of the domestic housing market, registered housing providers, and property law.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
