We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Solutions Manager to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for devising and delivering solutions for complex and/or large scale property assets within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create strategies for optimizing our property assets in line with our business plan.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize our property assets, including mixed tenure and management agreements.
  • Work closely with our commercial partners and agencies to negotiate and secure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on property law and financial analysis to inform our asset management decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A working knowledge and experience of undertaking asset portfolio reviews, modeling of property performance, and identifying strategies for management.
  • A good understanding of property law and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with our commercial partners and agencies.
  • A good working knowledge of the domestic housing market and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers.
