Overview

NFU Mutual is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Regional Sales Scheme. As a graduate trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry, working closely with our experienced sales team.

Our Regional Sales Scheme is a three-year programme that provides comprehensive training and development opportunities. You will learn about our products and services, as well as gain valuable experience in sales and marketing.

During your time with us, you will have the chance to work on various projects, including marketing campaigns and regional initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to develop your commercial insurance skills and work towards obtaining your commercial insurance licence.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about learning and developing their skills. If you are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales and marketing decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum degree classification of 2:2 in any subject
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
