We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of fit out packages to a high standard, working closely with the Project Managers to ensure all agreed deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Managers with site meetings, progress reports, and client review meetings
  • Managing labour and ensuring all agreed deadlines are met
  • Delivering toolbox talks and maintaining focus by keeping the team engaged
  • Liaising with internal and external teams, including sub-contract labour
