We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join our property team in North London. As a Conveyancing and Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and handling all aspects of the residential transaction from instruction through to post-completion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will carry out property searches, deal with the Land Registry Portal, submit AP1 and SDLT forms, draft reports on title, and schedule deeds to mortgage lenders. You will work closely with clients to build rapport and relationships, and act on your own initiative to ensure seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

A strong understanding of residential conveyancing is required, as well as exceptional communication and client skills. We are looking for a candidate with at least 12 months' experience as a conveyancing paralegal.
