Kent Based Conveyancing Lawyer

An established Solicitors practice in Kent is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team. As a key member of the conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, re-mortgages, auction sales, Help to Buys, shared ownerships, and new build sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience with leasehold enfranchisement or commercial property work, including business leases. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations is also essential.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 5 weeks' annual leave, parking, and additional employee perks. The role also benefits from hybrid working arrangements, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions
- Conduct site visits and provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction completion
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislative changes and industry developments
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience in conveyancing law
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
